Had Unprotected Sex. Took Pill. Now Have A Brown Discharge. Period Of My Month?
I'm 18 years of age and still unsure on a lot of things and I'm a bit confused, I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and about 3 hours after we went and got the morning after pill, then about a week later I was having like a brown discharge for like 2 - 3 days, is that my period for the month? Or will I get my actual period on the date I'm due, because I've heard that the morning after pill can make your period come early or late & often lighter, well if it was my period it was brown, and it was a very light period I'm just confused :/
I read your concern and would like to say that after taking the morning after pill you could experience sometimes some little hemorrhage. But you shouldn't confuse that with the regular menstrual cycle.
Also the pill can shorten with a week.
if the menstrual cycle doesn't start within a week (after usual day) you should perform a pregnancy test.
Hope i answered your concern.
