Had Unprotected Sex. Trying To Conceive. Chance Of Pregnancy During Periods?
hi. i am male ,were are 3 year maried couple and know we are planing to get baby ,so my wife period was started on jan=22 and close at 26 jan and on feb she agaain get period at same day and close at same day.we had sex next day means 27 th ,buy she got this period on march at 28th and still it is going on .so doctor what is the best time to have sex and stop having sex so there must be no miss carage ,is during period is chance to get pregnent,or have sex before period ...please reply me doctor

There is no period during which having sex will not prevent a miscarriage. Miscarriage is due to other issues that become prominent after pregnancy. The period when pregnancy is most likely is around a week after periods and a week before the next one and more likely during the middle of the month or periods that is around 14 day from last periods when ovulation in most of the females occurs.

chances of pregnancy after having sex during periods or just before periods are minimum compared to other fertile days. But still there are little chances and women reportedly got pregnant after having sex just before periods.
If your wife's periods are regular and between 25 to 32 day then most fertile days with unprotected sex are day 7 after starting periods, to day 21. these days are around ovulation and possess high rate of pregnancy after having unprotected sex.
As far as Miscarriage is concerned, it is not related to the days you have sex but it has other risk factors like previous abortions, C-sections, unhealthy life style, mother's age and mothers diseases.

To be fruitful and multiply, Ovulation occurs around the middle of a woman's cycle (specifically, in the middle third) You or your wife can keep a record and count the days from the very first day of menstruation to the day before your wife get next period. Now this is yours wife cycle. This cycle is mostly fixed except in some women, who do not have the perfect cycle.
The next thing is you or your wife have to count 18 days from the last day of your period and note it down. Now is the beginning period of ovulation and the best fertile time to get pregnant. Count 14 days backwards from the completion of the cycle, which is the 16th day for a cycle of 30 days. If your wife have a menstrual cycle of 30 days, your best time in cycle to conceive is from day 12 to 16.
Respected Sir during periods (menstruation) women cannot get pregnant and extremely slims chances to get pregnant.
