Had Unprotected Sex For The First Time. Will There Be Any Problem Because Of This?

i just had sex today for my first time, and i have done some reading about this stuff
and it said that after having sex, it can mess up your period? is that true or no?
but i need like.. expert advice.
i didnt use protection, but it was only for like.. 5 minutes or so. wasnt long at all
but i dont know much about this.. any links where i could learn more? i need help asap!

Which day of your menstrual cycle did you have sex? By sex do you mean you had insertion of penis in vagina?

If the boy's semen does not come near external female genitals there is no risk of pregnancy.

Regularity of periods may get affected as some girls get hyper stressed due to the first experience and frightening ideas.
