Had Unprotected Sex, Taken Contraceptives, Got Periods With Rashes And Burning During Urination. Is It Signs Of Pregnancy?

i and my bf had physical relation on 19th feb and i had contraceptive pill within 24 hrs, my due date for periods was 23rd feb and i got down on 25th feb but flow was less and after few days i had rashes and burning during urination for which i had anti allergic tablet and it has been cured now but vaginal discharge has also stopped so is that a sign of pregnancy
