Had Warts On Face. Got Cauterization Done. Will It Heal Soon?

Hello doctor I had plain/flat warts on my face and got cauterization done 2 days ago its healing well and I guess I ll get rid of these burned skin spots in 2-3 days usually it leaves a slightly visible white/brown scar. Doctor whats the best way to get rid of those scars any home remedy? How about applying honey onion juice? My doc has adviced me to use flavo e tonic. Will be waiting for the reply . Thank you
