Haemorrhoids, Painful And Blood Drips When Not Taken Sufficient Water. Removal? Causes Infertility?

I have haemorrhoids. those ones that hang out like one or two little bean shaped things when i go to the loo to defeacate. i often have to wait for them to slide back in. sometimes when i dont take enough vegetables or water, its a bit painful and blood drips in the toilet. what causes them? is there a way of removing them? do they cause infertility?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Straining during defecation can lead to development of hemorrhoids.
Chronic constipation or repeated episodes of constipation can lead to them generally.
Sedantaty lifestyle, decreased physical activity, inadequate intake of fiber rich food and water can cause constipation.
So you once consult general surgeon and get examined.
With his advice you can go for, local creams to regress the hemorrhoids and to decrease local symptoms like itching, pain etc.
Use laxatives to treat the constipation, this will help in treating the hemorrhoids.
Take plenty of water and fiber rich food.
Sitz bath can give relief to some extent.
Take care.
