Hair Fall Due To Chronic TE For Flu

hi doctors. ive had chronic TE due to severe flu and low level ferritin. i used iron supplements and my long hairs stopped falling out in huge amounts. now im losing small thin hair that are regrowing back. what does this sign mean? i have full head of hair and i always had even in these 4 years. what should i do to keep these hair and to make them thick and strong again? thank you so much.
