Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic
Severe hair loss over few months is called telogen effluvium.
It is a hair loss pattern usually triggered by stress which can be mental or physical, illnesses like viral fever, typhoid fever, hepatitis, etc which you would have about 3 - 6 months prior to onset of hair fall.
It could also be due to underlying anaemia, thyroid abnormalities and after delivery.
Treatment of Telogen effluvium is vitamin supplements containing biotin, calcium pantothenate and minerals for a duration of atleast 3 months. (eg :Adgain capsules or Xtra glo tablets once a day)
It is better to check your hemoglobin levels and thyroid status.
Please have good diet including green leafy vegetables, eggs, dates and Biotin rich foods like carrots, almonds, walnut, cucumber, cauliflower and milk.

Hope this helped.
Take care
