Hair Loss, Irregular Periods. Taking Duphaston, Biotine Soft Gel. Advice?

Hi, I have two different symptoms; hair loss and menstruations' delay, I don't know whether they are link or not. My menstruating periods have disappeared 7 months ago. I then visited a gyn 2 months after this disparition and she recommended me to take duphaston (dydrogesterone). I took it for 3 months and I had my normal periods come back. Then she told me to stop it to see if the cycles would come back and I stopped and I don't have menstruations until now (2 months have passed). The thing is that I noticed that my hair that has always been thick is now thin and I loose a lot of it. It makes me stress a lot and I don't wont this vicious circle to end up making me loose more hair. I started taking biotine soft gels today.

First of all, you will habe to revisit your doctor to restart a course of medications to help regularize your periods.

Second, please stop stressing as this itself can lead to both hairloss and thinning of hair. Next, please get your hormone levels checked as this could be one major factor contributing to your presentation.
