Hairline Fracture On The Ankle. Severe Pain After Cast Removal. Need Further Treatment?
hi i damaged my ankle bone by hitting it when i had a fall i had ian x ray ,it was a suspected hairlinefracture i hava cast on for 7 days now but the pain has got worse i canot put my foot to the ground or sleep with the pain the cast has become loose could this be the reason or was it a fracture got worse shoul i go back to the hopital thanks jean woodyatt

hello. i think you should get back soonest to the hospital for a change or reinforcement of your cast. the joint is supposed to remain permanently fixed alright. thanks
