Hands And Feet Up To My Knees Are Grey Color After I Wake Up. Often Times I Vomit Too. What Are The Findings And Required Treatment?

my daughter will be 3 next month. every time she wakes up, either from a nap or from the night, she is shaking and her hands and feet up to her knees are a grey color. during this time, usually about an hour after she wakes up, her temp is between 93.5 & 95.5. never any higher. often times she vomits apon waking as well. at least 2 to 3 times a week she is vomiting when she wakes up. i had taken her to the dr for it last year and he told me it was nothing. but, she vomits more often now and shakes harder than ever. alsothe temp drops really scare mee. what could be some of the causes of this?
