Hard Lump On Cheek, Swelling On Face And Neck, Reoccurring. Reason?

My son has got a hard lump in his cheek which has caused severe swelling to his face and neck he recently was admitted to hospital where they drained puss from his cheek for the second time but nobody can tell me why or what it is and he still has this lump, I'm very worried about it reoccurring do you have any ideas please?

Hi,
Nothing to worry,
Due to some scratch or bite, there might be having infection leading to formation of abscess.
After proper drainage go for regular dressing till it heals completely.
Go for complete oral antibiotic medicine for complete removal of infection.
Ok and take care.
