Hard Mass In Groin, Pain In Hip And Thigh. Have DDD, DJD, Spinal Stenosis, Cervical Dystonia

hard mass in right side groin of 5.2 x 5.2 x 1.3 cm feels attached or growing off of, there are 3 smaller hard lumps next to it, I have no reproductive organs, took everything, Cervix to ovaries. My hip aches deep inside as well as down into my thigh and up through my right ribs to my shoulder. I have DDD and DJD, spinal stenosis( cervical ), Cervical( neck) Dystonia. But right now these lumps have me worried, I am weak, I anm tryin to stay active but its hard.

A herd mass in the thigh with pain can be due to a swollen lymph node or an infection in the area. An investigation like FNAC is needed to find out the type of swelling that you have. Till then do a hot fomentation for relief.
