Hard Stool. May Be Piles. Can I Continue Vegetarian Diet?
Hi Doctor, now a days i am suffering from hard stool , as per the web sources i believe it is piles. I have read through some sources where it can br controlled by diet . now i have stopped eating non-veg from 2 weeks and started eating only vegetarina foood. Can i keep continuing this diet course and focus on some physical activities. please suggest me..
its not piles but its constipation. piles is bleeding of veins located anus. The hard stools results due to constipation. you can use vegetables as they have good effects on the gut and can relieve your constipation. if you still have hard stool even after taking veg diet then use laxatives.
Thanks
