hello doctor my husband is40 yrs old he detect diabietes from last6-7 month back he is taking glycomet gp1 and istamet 50/500 in night and glycomet in morning he is feeling very tired all the time n now he started complaning some heavy ness in head also what will do this is because of medication or somethingelse pls advice.

Hello,

Your Husband was recently diagnosed with Type II Diabetes and on OHA's.
The complaints may be related to Diabetes itself. It the blood sugars are not under control.
It may be due to drugs but it is non specific side effect.
Check of High blood pressure and and lipid profile.
Both hypertension and hyperlipidemia may co exist in Diabetes
