Has Lost Weight, Sweats, Shakes And Lightheaded. Taking Aspirin, Ramipril, Bisoprolol, Lansoprazole And Simvastatin. Side Effects?

my mum has lost a lot of weight recently and sweats, shakes, has periods of light headedness and says her legs feel like they dont belong to her. she was on 5 medications which were aspirin, ramipril, bisoprolol, lansoprazole and simvastatin. she went to several gps in the same surgery then a new gp took her off the simvastatin then the lansoprazole and did blood tests for diabetes which came back negative. he has now advised her to go back on the lansoprazole but as he said in the first place he thought all her symptoms were down to adverse reactions to the medications we dont know what to do. her medical history is recent hip replacement, hiatus hernia, diverticular disease, atrial fibrilation, high blood pressure and tia in 2005.
