Has Metoprolol Tartrate Medicine Been Changed?

Hi, Changed pharmacies and bp med is metoprolol tartratr 50mg; old pharmacy gave round pink pill that says auro typed over other letters. New pharmacy gave white round pill with indented line across one side and 477 on the other with mfg caraco on bottle. are they the same? Thank-You

The white round tablet from Caraco with 477 written is Metoprolol tartrate and being a generic medication would look different from other brands. But the active ingredient and strength are the same and you can confidently take the medicine.
