Has Mralgea Parasthetica, Severe Pain In Thighs, Stinging Sensation, Had Steroid Injection In Groin
My daughter has mralgea Parasthetica since her car accident on 21March 2013. I n severe pain in her thighs and stinging sensation, and superficial sensation impaired. she is doing platie exercise classes general exercises for strengthening leg muscles.had steroid injection in groin and on L5- S1. but pain is on the increase. what can she di, can you help /advise
if your child is suffering from Meralgia paresthetica then you can go for focal nerve block using lidocaine , but this should be done after your physician opinion. Other management include exercise and steroid injection which she already taking now. medication like neurogenic pain control using gabapentin but beneficial in very few cases. regards.
