Has Vomiting, Digestion Issues, Thick Stool, Smelly. What Is Wrong?

My 5 year old daughter is usually very regular. Yesterday and today 4-5 different times, she said she had to poop, but didn't. Just now, she threw up for the second time tonight. It was very thick and smelled like the peanut butter sandwich she had 15 hours ago. Should I be concerned? I've never seen thick vomit like that.

She probably has a case of indigestion/gastrititis which causes her to vomit.Since she has vomited only twice in the last 24 hrs ,i would not worry so much. However if the vomits becoem more frequent, changes color to yellow then I would be concerned and would show her to a doctor, In the mean while if you have a medicine for vomiting ( like domperidone syrup or ondancetron syrup---both are generic names) you can give a couple of doses which should help.If no improvement and if the vomit color changes to yellow, with poor oral intake ,i wwould show her to a doctor, thanks
