Have 3 Red Pimple Like Dots On Left Breast. Spreading Like Rash. Breastfeeding. Advice?

HI I have had 3 red pimple like dots one on my left breast, one just below the breast and another top of stomach. they now have spread out like a rash and reddened. they area the diameter of a pea but still flattish with a crusty bit in the middle. I am breastfeeding my 8 month old, so have covered the one on my breast- just took the plaster off and it hasnt got any better. I marked it a week ago and has now spread slightly outside the marking.

Hi, it appears to be blisters of bacterial infection. Other possibility is herpes infection if that is the case there will be lot of pain, and will be present on the back also.I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patients with such infection prescribe ofloxacin, ornidazole, and anti inflamatories. Thank you.
