Have ADHD, Prescribed Adderall, Spotting Regularly. Due To Adderall? Medication?

I'm a 27 year old female, 5'2" 122 lbs. I just started taking adderall 20 mg xr daily as prescribed by my doctor for adhd and have been spotting ever since. I haven't been exposed to any STI's nor is pregnancy an option, had full bloodwork done recently for school and feel if there was some other condition, it would've shown up but my results were healthy. I don't have any other symptoms or fever, just regular, minor spotting. It started ten days before my period was due. There's nothing in medical literature connecting adderall to spotting but the more I search in forums, it seems to be reported by many women who take it. Could the adderall be causing me to spot? What are my options in regards to medication? I'm in an intense nursing program and don't want my grades to suffer.
