Have Cortisone In Shoulders, Feel Weakened And Worse After Exertion. Suggestion?

I had a cortisone in each shoulder on 2/6/13, upon leaving the office I began shaking and got weak, I sat in the hospital lobby and wasnt getting better but didnt seem to be getting worse, I live really close to the hospital so I just wanted to go home, so I did. I slept for a few hours, I had quit shaking after I slept but the weakness was still there throughout my whole body. Now its 2/11/13 and Im still weak mostly in my thighs and its worse after exertion. I ve had cortisone shots before (not 2 at the same time) with no problems. Didnt go to ER because, well what would they do? Any ideas?

Hello.When appears muscles severe pain after local infiltration of corticosteroids is necessary that the patient is seen in an Medical Emergency Service.
Please go to an emergency service as soon as possible.I wish you good health.
