Have Heart Palpitations, Suffer From Anxiety, Panic Disorder And OCD Disorder, Loss Of Breath, Took Injections. Permanent Cure?
Hello over the years I have Heart Palpitations I suffer from Anxiety and panic disorder and OCD disorder but over the last 5 Months I have Noticed that now I am feeling loss of breath and feels like my heart is skipping a beat or stoping when I raise my left arm it also Triggers this I just had some test done CBC tests they found my blood Hemoglobin to be about 20 And my hemocate to be much to high as well I also have a Very high estrogen level I am a 34 year old male taking klonopin . Xanax. and Testosterone therapy injections my doctor said I have to much blood could this cause my heart to be feeling like its stoping and loss of breath at times also when I Squat down and then raise back up after a few Minutes my heart seems to go very slow hard to breath

Why are you on xanax, klonipin and testosterone? - seems like they are all together a bit much of medications for you right now. Consider stopping at least one of them for now.
You definitely seem to have a problem with your blood -something like a Polycythemia. This could be due to the drugs that you are currently using.
Hemoglobin of 20 is high and puts an extra load on the heart. That is the reason for your palpitations.
Please consult a cardiologist along with a curbside opinion from an endocrinologist. You need a medical intervention at the earliest, to arrest the process of this high hemoglobin.
