Have Meneires Disease. Ear Problems, Vertigo. Taken Antibiotics. Help

I was diagnosed with Meneires disease two years ago. I ve been on maternity leave for the past 6 months. I m supposed to return to work on Monday. My symptoms were usually managed well on Maxzide. But for the past few weeks my ear has been acting up. For the past two days I ve had several violent attacks. But these are different. They are extremely violent vertigo that lasts for only about a minute. In the past, these attacks were violent, lasted a few hours, but then I wouldn t have another attack for awhile. I ve recently started new antibiotics , multivitamin , and b complex. Is there any help for me? I want to be able to return to work.

HI I have gone through your mail, as you said that you are having meneires-disease for last two years but now you developed earache, vertigo in episodes. Now you are advice to go for certain confirmatory tests as E.N.G., C.T.scan head, and clinical examination of vestibular system to find out weather your vertigo is central ( due to anomaly of brain ) or peripheral ( due to vestibular system or ophthalmic ),it might be possible that some help of neurologist may be required to make final diagnosis and treatment.Thanks.
