Have Myoma And Details Given. Anechoic Cyst In Adnexa. Surgery?

i am 53 yrs old and had myoma details are: M1 intramural posterior 6.2 x 5.9 x 4.1cm and M2 intramural left low posterior(above level of cervix 2.8x 2.8 x 1.7 cm. There are multiple anechoic cysts in the uterine cervix size range 4.2 - 12.8 cm. Also there is 2.7 x 2.2 x 1.9 cm thin walled,non septated anechoic cyst in the right adnexa. My OB advice me to undergo operation. Should i go with it. Please advice. Thanks

Hi, as you are having multiple grouths, they may cause symptoms like menorrhagia, etc, so it is advisible to have hysterectomy. I hope your doctor has advised you correctly. If it is neglected, latter it may be difficult to carry out the surgery, due to anemia etc. Thank you.
