Good thing is I got my period bad thing is no bleeding like past .. just a few drops in a day.. what should I do to have normal bleeding
PCOS is a common cause of delayed or irregular periods. It can also be associated with infertility. It is treated with lifestyle changes and medication
The lifestyle changes are aimed to reduce any excess weight. Weight loss can help regularize the period and can improve fertility if this is your wish. There are different dietary changes available- low fat/low calorie or low carbohydrate. You can choose which ever option better suits you.
Metformin also helps to improve the symptoms of PCOS.
I hope this helps
