Hello and welcome to HCM,

As you have mentioned that you are suffering from bone tuberculosis.
A presume that you are taking anti-tubercular treatment (ATT) under the supervision of a pulmonologist.
Along with ATT, you need to take health supplements and liver protective supplements.
Other problems that you have mentioned- pain at wrist joint, wrist joint, and back can be due to weakness associated with the disease process.
You have not mentioned about the kind of vaginal problem.
Is it discharge, itching, or soreness?
If any of the above mentioned symptoms are present, some infection of the genital tract may be present.
You need to consult a gynecologist for clinical examination and relevant investigations.
Headache can occur due to a number of causes.
Is the headache associated with aura, visual disturbance, etc./ If yes then it is probably migraine.
However, you need to consult a physician for further work up.
Do get a complete hemogram and peripheral blood examination to look for any hematological parameters.
Anemia may coexist with tuberculosis which may cause body aches and weakness.
if present the type of anemia needs to be determined and thereafter treated.
Thanks and take care
