Have Vagus Nerve Pinched Probably At The Esophageal, Sore Stomach. Take Hydromoraphone Medicine. Suggest?

i have my Vagus nerve pinched probably at the esophageal junction, it makes my stomach very sore. oral pain or rectal pain medication, IE 3mg Hydromoraphone medication, makes my .stomach to sore to take. I have had this problem for many years, it has now increased to Neuropathy and then to peripheral neuropathy can you recommend a Neurosurgeon in North America that treats this condition by removing the item that is causing pressure on the Vagus nerve.

Greetings of the day
Did you get any investigation like Computerised axial topography done to find out cause of compression?? Consult a general surgeon who will help you. Neurosurgeon will not deal with it.
