Have A Cystocele, Fitted For A Pessary. It Slides Down And Hurts. Is It The Wrong Size?

Hi, I was fitted Thursday for a pessary, I am only 32 yrs old, I am extremely devastated that I have a cystocele, but there is nothing I can do , but deal with it. My pessary is a ring shape I have no problems inserting it however by the end of the day it has slid down and hurts and I have to remove it. Could it be the wrong size?
