Hi,I am Diwashish Biswas (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I recently had a number of immunisation injections (for Hep B, Measles, Chicken Pocks, Rubela and Tetanus), it is most likely coincidal, but since then I have had the following symtoms: headaches, mild nausea (queezines), gastric reflux and diahorrea. I treated the gastric reflux with over the counter medication. I took headache tablets for the headaches. The diahorrea will pass. What I am concerned about is the persistence and nature of the headaches. They seem to have the same symptoms as a middle ear infection I had years ago. Anyway that's my symptoms. What is the most likely diagnosis?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that you have the symptoms, headache, nausea, gastric reflux, diarrhea. the symptoms suggest an infection, may be related to the G.I. tract, like typhoid.Any other disease also can present with the same symptoms. The headache may be due to the sinusitis. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have tests like D.C,T.C,ESR,widal,Q.B.C, etc. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, omeprazole, domperidone, paracetamol, and loperamide when ever there are loose motions. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
