Have A Problem Of Lot Of Gas That Comes Through The Mouth During Walking Along With Chest Pain

hi! doctor how are you? hoping by the grace of god that you are fine and in good health, doctor i am suffering long time my stomach problems , when i am walking too much gas coming out from my mouth and i cannot walk, i have to stand and remove all gas from mouth then again i will walk just few step and again it will start, if i keep continue walking so to high pain in chest center, please advice me. thank you

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
We call it as burping and bloating , may be due to .
1 The first possibility may be peptic ulcer disease or hiatus hernia . Diagnosis can be confirmed by upper G I endoscopy .These measures may help you.Try raising the head of your bed about 4 inches with blocks.It also might help to avoid eating or drinking for 2 hours before you lie down.To help control stomach acid one should not drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them or eat chocolate or spicy or greasy foods .Also take some antacid but if symptoms are severe ( as in your case ) then you may need drugs like proton pump inhibitors.
2 The second possibility may be hypertension , as I have noted in my so many patients that they burp regularly when they have hyper tension. Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination at the time of burping.
3 Tension ( stress ) also develop such type of symptoms.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is very important in this case.
