Have A Red Bump Just Above The Pubic Area Which Was Small Earlier But Its Got Bigger. Any Thoughts?
i have a red bump slightly above my pubic area. its a little smaller than a dime. it began developing a day or two ago, and i thought it was just body acne. now that its gotten bigger, im not sure. when i applied pressure to it yesterday, it was painful. today, the pain is not as great. i think there may be a small hair growing out of it, but im not sure. any thoughts?
Hi Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears to be the bacterial infection, originated from the hair follicle, or may be a boil by its own, it may become white, and burst. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. If it is large you may need incision and drainage. i usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, ofloxacin, ornidazole, and diclofenac sodium. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts and protein rich food, to support the treatment. Wising for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
