Have Abdominal Pain. Tests Done And Took Medication. What Can Be Done For This?

I have been having abdominal pain for quite some time. I have taken series of tests and nothing significant came from the tests. One of the Doctors put the scope down and took the biopsy. I was told that I have bacteria. I was prescribed pills and I got temporary relief. My pain is still there even though I am taking Metamucil and sonokot. I would appreciate some help to let me know what I should do next
