Have Acid Re-flux, Diagnosed Gastritis, Taken Nexium, Palpation, Wind Pipe Spasm, Unable To Breath. Suggestion?
I have been suffering from acid reflux for seven years on and off, had camera put down many times and once it showed up I had gastritis I was giving nexium this helped for a while, but when I get the relfux any more it doesn't seem to be as effective I also get some strange symptoms like palpation of the food pipe,or ewlce its the wind pipe and then it goes into spasm at that moment I can't breath as a result I am now suffering from an add on condition panic attacks and anxiety disorder, can you help with this, thanks Trish
The problem is that you are having a bad experience with your acid reflux. You seem exhausted and now have finished into panic attacks.
Please try to be relaxed. Nexium is helping you with acid reflux. However, you need to follow a strict diet (no alcohol, no fries, no chillies, no citrus that can aggravate your situation).
You can use an extra pillow when sleeping. Try to eat at least 4 to 6 hours before going to bed. Drink plenty of natural water.
Get some chamomile tea to be relaxed. When you have "acidic attack", take 1 small (coffee) spoon with baking soda, mixed with 1/3 of water and drink it. It will help relieve the burning sensation.
Apart taking chamomile tea or other stress-fighting tea, talk to your doctor for the best anti-panic drug specifically for you.
