Have Arm Pain Due To Malformation In Radius Bone. X-ray Shows Deformed Bone

Hi, I'm just turned 17 and I would like some help from those doctors who are online.
actually this problem is weird as when I was child noboby noticed that my radius bone had a malformation... but when I grow up about 3 - 4 years ago actually its a suposition I start notice that the bone wasn't in its place... This year I went to the Hospital... I live in Mauritius... there they told that they never got a case like mine ine the Xray I saw that there was a real problem as the bone grow awry... Also when i do efforts or place both arm on the table the rignt one become painfull... so some advice please
