Have Back Pain, Muscle Tension,neck Pain. What Is The Cure?
Hello, I am a university student and believe to have anxiety. I have a great deal of stress present in my life and have been having many symptoms that I think link to anxiety. These are some of the symptoms: muscle tension, pain in my calves, upper back pain, frequent urination, heavy breathing occasionally, paranoia, irritable bowels, neck pains etc. Thank you

The symptoms that you have described can be related to anxiety. Bur the other systemic causes also need to be ruled out after a proper physical examination and related investigations. Do consult a physician for the same.

Thanks for posting your query.
Your back and neck pain seems to be mechenical in nature. Stress and anxiety may aggrevate your symptoms. You need proper systemic evaluation. You also need back and neck muscle exercises to strengthen them and relaxation exercises to reduce your stress,.
