Hi,
You should repeat the test with a fresh early morning sample of urine and note the observation carefully. What you had was an ambiguous test, but is likely to be positive after a couple of days. You can also go for the blood test which is more sensitive and specific. Your symptoms and your menstrual history are suggestive of an early pregnancy. Please see a gynecologist for proper evaluation and follow up. Hope your query is clarified. Wish you good health.
