Have Bacterial Infection. Taking Flagyl,augmentin And Ciprofloxacin. Have Vaginal And Anal Swelling Abdominal Pain. Suggest

hi,sir i have bacterial infetion since two years.i ate a lot of antibiotics like flagyl,augmentin,ciprofloxacin,etc,but it cant be cured,i am unmarried but now doctors say that i have pus in my uterus,i have with the urine culture which shows aerobically and a swab test which shows staph aureus,after his i took the antibiotics ceftrioxone injection and valixime.but no comfart i have vaginal swelling,anal swelling and abdominal pain.wht should i do further to get rid of this hell?please please kindly help me
