Have Bad Diarrhea, Upper Stomach Pain, Abdomen Cramps, Nausea. What Could It Be ?

Hi, I am 28 year sold and for 3 days now I have bad diarrhea , upper stomachs pain and lower left side of my abdomen cramps ? . I ve Ben watching what I m eating but I still feel sick , not horribly sick but weak and nauseated off and on what could it be ?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute gastro-enteritis.
Go for Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine course.
Take light food like curd, rice, buttermilk.
Take plenty of water and electrolytes.
Ok and take care.
