Have Ball In Back Of Ear Under Scalp Bone, Neck Pain, Headache. Is This Contagious? Any Ideas

Hi. I am a 25 year old female with a 4 year old son recently diagnosed with ALL. There is a ball in the back of my right ear under the scalp bone that is in pain causing my neck to hurt and my body feels worn down and tired. I need to be sure I m not contagious due to my son can t be getting sick. I also have been experiencing head aches. What could this be?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having enlarged lymph node behind your ear.
It indicates that there might be having some infection in surrounding area like ears, throat, head etc.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
A course of antibiotic will solve your problem.
