Have Been Constipated With Flatulence And Muscle And Joint Pain. Could It Be Lack Of Protein In Diet?

HI I HAVE A FAIRLY STRNUOUS JOB, I DO 10-12 HR SHIFTS IN THE MINES, OUT IN HEAT OF AROUND BETWEEN 40-52 DEGREES, I WORK 14DAYS ON AND 7 OFF, I AM 52YEARAS OLD, AND IN THAT 12 HR PERIOD I AM ON MY FEET CONSTANTLY APART FORM A BREAK OF 30MINS. I KEEP HYDRATED AND EAT WELL. I FIND MY SELF REALLY TIRED BY THE END OF MY SHIFT, AND ON MY WEEK OFF MY JOINTS AND MUSCLES ACHE, I ALSO HAVE TROUBLE OFF AND ON WITH CONSTIPATION AND FLATUENCE. I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING QUITE A BIT FOR ABOUT 3 DAYS NOW, BUT AM STILL STIFF AND SORE IN MY BODY, AM I LACKING IN SOMETHING, I THOUGHT MAYBE I NEED MORE PROTEIN IN MY DIET TO FEED MY MUSCLES AND JOINTS? HI i understand your problem .Let me answer your query one by one
1) I KEEP HYDRATED AND EAT WELL,that's fine & take lot of fluids like tender coconut, fruit juice also
2) If u feel too much body ache & joint pain it might be due to your overwork so you can take simple analgesics like paracetamol(dolo650) twice a day when needed
3) you need to do some early morning walk with mild stretching exercises & preferably pranayama .
4) for constipation you can take lot of fiber diet ( banana, spinach, green leafy vegetables) is a must in your diet
5) i think rather than lack of protein its the fiber diet and electrolyte rich food in your diet is necessary
fallow for a month if u feel unhappy after this also you can directly consult a physician after one month .
