HI I HAVE A FAIRLY STRNUOUS JOB, I DO 10-12 HR SHIFTS IN THE MINES, OUT IN HEAT OF AROUND BETWEEN 40-52 DEGREES, I WORK 14DAYS ON AND 7 OFF, I AM 52YEARAS OLD, AND IN THAT 12 HR PERIOD I AM ON MY FEET CONSTANTLY APART FORM A BREAK OF 30MINS. I KEEP HYDRATED AND EAT WELL. I FIND MY SELF REALLY TIRED BY THE END OF MY SHIFT, AND ON MY WEEK OFF MY JOINTS AND MUSCLES ACHE, I ALSO HAVE TROUBLE OFF AND ON WITH CONSTIPATION AND FLATUENCE. I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING QUITE A BIT FOR ABOUT 3 DAYS NOW, BUT AM STILL STIFF AND SORE IN MY BODY, AM I LACKING IN SOMETHING, I THOUGHT MAYBE I NEED MORE PROTEIN IN MY DIET TO FEED MY MUSCLES AND JOINTS?
