Have Been Involuntarily Scratching Head Leading To Blood. Reason?
Hi. For the past few days I ve been involuntarily scratching the back of my head at night. I ve tried binding my hands together and binding them to my bed, but my hands always manage to free themselves and continue scratching. What s funny is that I never scratch myself awake; I can only tell by the blood on the back of my gauze pad.

it look like that you have some allergic condition
you have severe itching and need to take anti histminic for it
apply good moisturizer and mild steroid cream for it
better to consult dermatologist if not improved.
wear cotton cloths and drink more water
avoid scratching and pricking the lesion
