Have Been Passing Out On The Feet. Have Hypertension And Taking Medication. What To Do For This?

Hi, I am passing out on my feet, this happens when I get up or even when I am already standing up. I don't look for it to happen - it just does. I drink plenty during the day. I have hypertension which is medicine controlled. I was recently placed on a directic with blood pressure med in it, but decreased it to half a pill at night by doctors order. I still pass out on my feet. It is scary.

Hi, it is called postural hypotension, cause could be hypovolemia, or neurological, or infection of the internal ear.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe, cinnerzine, and ranitidine, and discontinue the diuritic. Thank you.
