Have Bloating In Stomach, Sinus And Pressure In Head

I have bloating in stomach trouble breathing sinuses closed for months now I suffer from mild apnea due to not able to breathe through sinuses! I can t use steroids what can I do to breathe! Very light headed and vision changes as well! Alot of pressure in head!

This a sinus problem, you may use otrivin drops and tab. clarinase to open the airway again of your nose.
