Have Blood Report. Can Any Online Doctor Help?

my son is 30 month old yesterday he face high with feeling of vomit n cold ..dr rx him meftal-p mefanamic acid and ondensetron and wrote check of cbc, tlc dlc,malerea sgpt .fever after gfiven first dose but after 4 hr fever gone high then given again meftal-p and fever cum down and on the other side looking at the blood report he rx with meftal cefixim + ofloxacin combination(hb =11,tlc=4100,polymorphs=50%,lymphocyts 43% mcv=80.2and platelet count 1.57) but after12;30am again i note fever 102 then 2 o clock i given meftal(as per shedule min after 4hs )again but fever remains same till morning 9 am .by 10am there is no fever reported ...may i know there is any serious concernand dr told me abut virus...can i give him milk with horlacks or u suggest what to eat
