Have Bump In Pubic Hair Area. Hurts On Applying Pressure. Started New Soap. Related?

Hello, I have a rather large "bump" in the area of my pubic hair. I am male, 16, and have no had sex. It looks like just a darker red, smooth wart, and it's about the size of my fingernail. It hurts to apply pressure, and it's soft, not hardened. I've had the same bump in the exact same spot. Yesterday, the bump looked like 3 pimples that fused into one. I switched to a new soap, is this the issue?

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem.
it may be due to bacterial infection or some benign lesion.
You can apply antibiotic cream over it.
Do not press or popped the lesion.
Better to consult dermatologist for proper treatment.
In severe case you also need to take some medicine orally.
I do not think it is related to soap
