Have Burning Pain In Penis Along With White Particles. Have Problem With Urine System. What Is It?

hello doctor....
i am 25 year old. I am having some problem in my urine system from 4 to 5 years years.
it occure every 3 to 4 months.
at that time i am having burning pain in penis and some white particals found in my urine.
and if i take some droups of my urine in hand and rub it then it convert into a white color.
i dont know what it is.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Chronic Urinary Tract Infection most likely to be Renal Paranchymal Disease.or Pyelonephritis.

However final diagnosis can be confirmed only on following tests
1) Routine urine test
2) Urine culture
3)Ultrasound scanning of the abdomen.
4) Detail evaluation of kidney function by doing renal Function Tests.

Please consult qualified Nephrologist for clinical assessment t and further treatment.
