Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

I shall try to address each of your queries to my best.

First of all, your presentation resembles that of an infection. So I would advise an examination of your urine (urine routine and urine culture examination); after which an infection can be diagnosed or ruled out (this can have nothing to do with your sexual status; but if you are sexually active, then the chances of you having an infection increase). Hello,
Burning micturition might be because of some stones in the urethra or urethral rupture or stricture. Sometimes in more acidic conditions (can be caused by alcohol) which is heat to body also there will be pain while urinating. Take some bicarbonate soda water or lemonade. If the symptoms still persists consult a urologist for urethral problem.
Have a good health.
