Have Burning Sensation In Genitals. Urine Analysis Revealed Scanty Pus Cells. Reason?

I am 29 yr old male and have burning sensation in my genitals after urinating. I also do not feel like urinating when I wake up in the morning. I also do not feel like urinating all day except a burning sensation and I voluntarily go to the toilet. I have had frequent urge to urinate 6 months earlier but that has subsided and above stated is my present condition now. I did a Urine analysis and that revealed scanty pus cells in my urine. I also did an Ultrasound of my lower abdomen and results seemed to be normal. What could be the problem here.? Let me know if I should me more specific on anything.

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have UTIwhich is confirmed by presence of pus cells in urine analysis.
Please get culture of urine done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Take antibiotics as per culture report. It should get cured in a wek.
Please ensure to take more water to keep your urine dilute..
