Have Butt Pain And Stiffness After Right Knee Replacement. Taking Stool Softener, Tylenol. Any Suggestion?

I have butt pain and stiffness, I just had a right knee replacement, x-rays looked good ,I am about 91/2 weeks pot-op.
I didn't have this pain before surgery or right after, it has developed in just the past 2 to 3 weeks, early morning is the worse, but now I am having it all day, I am still taking stool softener, Tylenol for pain,
